  • Develop, plan, and deploy reward frameworks that are transparent, compliant, and efficient.
  • Uphold governance and corporate standards while addressing stakeholder expectations.
  • Influence remuneration outcomes and drive consistency and excellence in performance and reward practices globally.

This role requires strong expertise in human resources, business, and related fields.

Required Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business
  • Experience in remuneration consulting and/or corporate governance with knowledge of remuneration frameworks and policies
  • Knowledge of relevant reward and recognition best practices
  • Experience with remuneration and benefits technology
  • System experience with compensation module (ideally)
  • Excellent capability in data management, particularly Excel
