Senior Executive Remuneration Specialist

The role of Senior Executive Remuneration Specialist is critical in leading the development and implementation of our global remuneration strategy, ensuring alignment with unique business needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to design, plan, and deploy reward frameworks that promote transparency, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with senior leaders to develop a comprehensive global remuneration strategy that meets corporate governance standards and addresses stakeholder expectations.

  2. Design and implement reward frameworks that drive consistency in performance and reward practices globally.

  3. Influence remuneration outcomes and drive strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in remuneration consulting and/or corporate governance, with knowledge of remuneration frameworks and policies.
  • Strong understanding of relevant reward and recognition best practices.
  • Experience with remuneration and benefits technology, preferably SuccessFactors compensation module.
  • Excellent data management skills, particularly in Excel.
