Business Growth Specialist: Drive Expansion with Workplace Wellbeing

Job Description:

This pivotal position involves shaping the growth of a business focused on workplace wellbeing.

It is an exciting opportunity to directly impact business expansion while working on products that genuinely improve people's lives and wellbeing.

The role requires acquiring new employer partners, which is one of the primary drivers of success for our business.

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, targeted outreach and employer meetings
  • Manage and progress a strong pipeline of employer prospects
  • Presentation and promotion of our unique value proposition to stakeholders across various levels, including C-Suite
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to support and grow membership take up rates
  • Maintenance of CRM records, tracking performance metrics, support strategy and reporting for new business growth
  • Representation of the brand at expos, client events, and industry functions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Alignment with business objectives, increase in new employer partnerships, successful product implementation, customer satisfaction improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Charismatic individual with 2-5 years of Business Development experience working with mid-market and/or medium-to-large enterprises. Proven track record in business development, including identifying, pitching, and closing new opportunities.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Highly driven individual who thrives on opening new doors, natural ability to engage and influence key decision-makers, combining confidence with a strategic mindset to win new business.
