
Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

This role focuses on developing strategies to support a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment. It involves providing expert advice in workplace mental health, including psychosocial risk management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing wellbeing programs and resources to promote a healthy work culture.
- Providing specialist guidance and targeted interventions to manage psychosocial risks.
- Supporting the delivery of presentations on different wellbeing topics.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology or a related field.
- Experience working in workplace mental health and/or wellbeing roles at large organisations.
- Strong knowledge of legislative requirements relating to psychosocial risk.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Negotiating, influencing, consulting, and coaching skills, with experience working as part of a team and managing stakeholders.
