
Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

We're looking for a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you'll focus on creating a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace environment where employees can thrive. This role has a particular emphasis on mental health, psychosocial safety, and overall wellbeing in corporate and contact centre settings.
You'll lead initiatives that support employee mental health, resilience, and psychosocial safety, ensuring employees feel supported in the challenges of their work. You'll also coordinate audits, compliance requirements, and annual policy reviews while supporting ongoing ISO 45001 standards.
This role involves overseeing committees, inspections, training, and registers, ensuring key processes are delivered on time. You'll develop and expand the WHS function across the organization, helping establish frameworks that balance compliance with a strong focus on wellbeing.
What We're Looking For- A solid understanding of workplace health and safety, with a strong interest in psychosocial safety and wellbeing. A minimum requirement of a Diploma in the relevant field, and ISO Auditor certification would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that build trust and influence across the business.
- Proven ability to coordinate programs, manage competing priorities, and keep activities on track.
- A comfort level engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
