Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

As a specialist in workplace mental health and wellbeing, you will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Your expertise will be crucial in developing wellbeing programs and tools to support our employees.
About the RoleThis position requires a deep understanding of psychosocial risks and employee wellbeing. You will be responsible for delivering subject matter expertise and developing strategies to promote a healthy work-life balance.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyse data and interpret findings related to wellbeing and talent development. Your output should reflect our company culture and values on diversity, inclusion, and corporate responsibilities.

- Develop and implement wellbeing programs and tools that support employee mental health.
- Provide expert advice and targeted interventions to manage psychosocial risks.
- Deliver presentations on wellbeing topics, including global wellbeing events.

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working in workplace mental health and/or wellbeing and safety roles at large, multi-site businesses.
- Strong knowledge of legislative requirements relating to psychosocial risk.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
