Guest Experience Director

The Guest Experience Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front-of-house teams, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals in providing guests with accurate and engaging information on property facilities, services, local attractions, transportation options, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to deliver a smooth, high-standard arrival and departure experience.
  • Develop and implement service standards, best practices, and operational procedures to elevate the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Director in a hospitality or luxury environment is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining options, and events.
