Accommodation Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accommodation Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motel.

This is a key role that involves managing front desk operations, including reservations, payments, and customer service. You will also be responsible for overseeing housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of rooms and facilities.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in accommodation management, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage staff rosters, budgets, and operational tasks. They should also be proficient in using booking/reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
