Mobilisation Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced mobilisation coordinator to join our team in Kwinana. The role involves managing day-to-day planning activities to optimise the allocation and utilisation of labour, resources, and assets.

The successful candidate will collect, analyse, and review operational data to forecast demand for resource planning, identifying potential shortfalls and strategies to address issues prior to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day planning activities to optimise the allocation and utilisation of labour, resources, and assets
  • Collect, analyse, and review operational data to forecast demand for resource planning
  • Accurate short and long-term forecasting of labour, equipment, and vehicle fleet requirements
  • Maintain and update site induction folders to ensure all personnel hold the correct qualifications, certificates and tickets to comply with site booking medicals and training as required for site compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in mobilisation of work teams to client sites
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise work, deliver to tight deadlines and problem solve
  • The ability to administer and maintain information with advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
