We are seeking an experienced Key Player in Labor Resource Management to join our team, based in Perth. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labor for our high volume construction project.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Work across the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (e.g., laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites.
  2. Collaborate with site managers, project directors and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.
  3. Utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.
  5. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and site-readiness.
  6. Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labor resources in coordination with project needs.
