We are seeking an experienced Key Player in Labor Resource Management to join our team, based in Perth. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labor for our high volume construction project.

We are part of Webuild, a leading international player in the infrastructure sector.
Your Responsibilities- Work across the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (e.g., laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites.
- Collaborate with site managers, project directors and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.
- Utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and site-readiness.
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labor resources in coordination with project needs.
