Job Opportunity: Senior Legal Counsel">

This role offers a chance to become a key legal and strategic advisor, working closely with directors and senior management in each region. As a senior legal counsel, you will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes and providing high-level advice to the business.

  • The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years' experience in front-end construction law, gained from within a well-respected Australian law firm and/or large corporate environment.
  • They must possess strong technical skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to provide commercially astute advice.
  • Negotiation skills are essential, as is confidence, proactivity, and a team-oriented approach.

  • Develop and implement strategic solutions for complex construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including directors, senior management, and other external partners.
  • Provide high-level advice on commercial matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive negotiation to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
