Senior Construction Law Specialist

A senior construction law specialist is sought to work with various clients across Australia.
About the Role:This position involves advising on construction and infrastructure matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and/or infrastructure projects, including advising clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Solid client service skills and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders are essential for this role.
Additionally, the selected candidate must possess full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice in Australia.
Responsibilities:- Providing legal advice on capital projects and related matters, including procurement, tender risks, and liabilities.
- Supporting in-house counsel with development and acquisition agreements for large developers.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house within the construction & infrastructure industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
