**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve construction disputes through negotiation, mediation and litigation;
- Advise clients on claims management, including delay claims, variations, defects, and payment disputes;
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation for construction-related disputes and litigation;
- Drafting of various legal documents;
- Represent clients in Court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums;
- Provide strategic advice on risk management, contract interpretation, and dispute avoidance;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes for clients; and
- Stay informed about developments in construction law, regulations, and industry best practices.

You will be immediately exposed to top tier clients and work on major projects involving well-known participants in Australian construction and infrastructure.
