Family Law Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a Family Law Partner to lead our practice in Melbourne, with a focus on driving growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of post-admission experience in Family Law and be able to manage a team of lawyers and support staff.

  • Lead the family law practice in Melbourne, focusing on business development and growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of family lawyers and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and retention, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Victoria
  • Minimum 8 years post-admission experience in Family Law
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage complex client matters
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on business development and growth
