**About**:
As the firm prioritises its front-end work, it is essential that applicants possess strong transactional drafting skills and are experienced in drafting not only pro forma contracts but also bespoke contracts, with mínimal supervision.

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse and highly sophisticated clients and therefore calls for a lawyer who possesses a strong and comfortable grasp of technical Construction concepts and pertinent laws. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to liaise directly with the firm's valued clients, as such, it will be imperative that the successful applicant possesses excellent interpersonal skills and strong plain English communication skills.

The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Partners and therefore will be able to access mentoring and professional development from truly experienced lawyers who see the value of investing in less experienced lawyers.

**Essential Requirements**
- 5+ years PAE in Construction Law accrued in reputable Melbourne-based firms
- Strong drafting skills
- Demonstrated experience working across Construction matters
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Collaborative and Diligent approach
