We're seeking a seasoned revenue expert to spearhead our cluster revenue strategy, driving growth and profitability through effective inventory management, pricing, and yield optimization.
This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, able to navigate complex revenue landscapes and collaborate closely with General Managers to implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management plans, incorporating market analysis and competitor intelligence.
- Drive market share growth through targeted pricing strategies and distribution channel optimization.
- Implement statistical reporting tools to analyze performance trends and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OTA's and hotel teams.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience in a hotel revenue management role.
- Proven track record of achieving breakthrough budgets and results through innovative strategies.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and competence in report management, development, and writing.
