Key Responsibilities:- Partnering with clients to deliver integrated revenue strategies aligned with their business goals
- Working hands-on across marketing and sales technology – with HubSpot at the core, and exposure to Salesforce or Marketo
- Overseeing campaign execution quality, tracking performance metrics, and providing C-suite-ready insights and reporting
- Leading on strategic deliverables like revenue forecasts, customer retention strategies, and board presentations
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team of strategists and RevOps professionals, with a view to taking leadership of the team in the next 12–24 months
- Contributing to the evolving AI and automation strategy, working closely with the Head of Strategy
- Proven experience in a senior strategy, RevOps or growth marketing role – ideally in an agency environment
- Deep hands-on knowledge of HubSpot (certified preferred), and strong exposure to sales/marketing CRM tools
- Strong stakeholder management – confident presenting to C-suite and navigating complex client needs
- Demonstrated commercial mindset – forecasting, pipeline strategy, and data-driven decision making
