We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and executive support to our Director of Infrastructure Services. This role involves coordinating and prioritizing work tasks to support the optimal operations of the Division and contributing to key organizational initiatives.

You will be the first point of contact for all persons wishing to contact the Director, using your discretion in redirecting queries to the appropriate officer. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars and appointments, attending meetings, taking minutes, drafting correspondence, handling confidential information, and recording-keeping.

This role also supports office and minor events, office resourcing, project assistance, and process expenditure for the Director.

To be successful in this role, you'll possess experience in an Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive, understanding of meeting procedures, discretion, judgement, and confidentiality with highly developed communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $84,283 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is full-time, with 76 hours per fortnight and flexible working arrangements available.
