
Key Account Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our Key Account team in Queensland. As a key member of our sales management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing team of account managers.
- Your primary focus will be on managing, developing, and achieving sales targets within our Key Account portfolio.
- You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers to achieve individual and team sales goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- You will identify and prioritize target accounts and key customers, building strong relationships to drive sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- You will conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
- You will monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of success in field sales management or similar roles, with a strong background in sales leadership and team development.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, driven by a passion for sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
