Technical Demonstrations Specialist

This role requires a professional to design and build technical product demonstrations that help showcase the full potential of a software platform.

The specialist will partner with sales teams to develop proposed solutions to complex customer challenges using Pega technology. Key responsibilities include owning the design and development of software prototypes for potential customers and partners, leading 'Proof of Concept' engagements at customer sites, and presenting technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to prospective clients.

The successful candidate will drive technical thought leadership and best practices for demo builds and solution positioning across the sales team, while also developing innovative new uses for Pega technology.

About This Role

  1. Develop technical product demonstrations to showcase the full potential of a software platform.
  2. Partner with sales teams to develop proposed solutions to complex customer challenges.
  3. Own the design and development of software prototypes for potential customers and partners.
  4. Lead 'Proof of Concept' engagements at customer sites.
  5. Presentation of technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to prospective clients.
