As a key member of our technical support team, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to provide timely and effective technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and resolve Level 2 and 3 issues on the Signature platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve complex technical problems
  • Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation
  • Investigate and resolve major incidents in a timely manner
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Fiserv Signature platform, specifically Signature CBS (Aperio)
  • In-depth knowledge of modules such as CRS, Branch Teller, Evolution Microservices, etc.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and utilizing tools like AppDynamics and Splunk
  • Familiarity with basic Oracle and SQL skills
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes, including Incident and Change Management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively and provide urgent support on an as-needed basis
