Claims Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Claims Management Expert to manage a large portfolio of motor claims. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role- End-to-end management of motor claims, including raising payments and settling claims according to client instructions and company guidelines
- Achievement of monthly productivity targets as set by management
- Resolution of complaints in accordance with company policies
- Identification of opportunities for process improvement and detection of potential fraud or recovery indicators
- Essential experience in motor claims insurance, with a strong understanding of policy interpretation and stakeholder management
- Passion for delivering exceptional results and taking ownership of your claim portfolio
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
