Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced claims expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying trends in technical complaints and developing strategies to improve customer and business outcomes.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have significant experience in claims assessment/management roles for complex organisations, ANZIIF Certificate 4 or Loss Adjustor accreditation, and demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing claims teams at a technical level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance frameworks for internally assessed claims
- Provide support regarding development conversations around individual internal assessors at a technical level
- Oversee delivery of onboarding of new internal assessors and maintenance of processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Significant experience in claims assessment/management roles for complex organisations
- ANZIIF Certificate 4 or Loss Adjustor accreditation
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing claims teams at a technical level
