Expert Claims Manager

The role involves managing claim work items and communicating SLA risks to ensure corrective action is taken in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate management of own claim portfolio, adhering to SLAs and business rules.
- Perform quality assurance tasks and conduct end-to-end claim reviews to identify quality gaps.
- Take ownership of complex enquiries, ensuring they are answered within agreed SLAs.
- Provide subject matter expert input for SOPs and ensure all actions are completed within timeframes.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with life code, SIS Act and super code regulations.
- Holiday leave: 20 days per year.
