">We are seeking an HSEQ Coordinator to join our team based in Auburn, Sydney. This role combines the best of hands-on safety management with a strategic and operational focus towards achieving zero harm values.
In this position, you will oversee health, safety, and environmental requirements across our business units in NSW and the ACT.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of industries, including open space, construction, and commercial painting.
Key Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Support the management of the HSEQ Management Systems at each of the NSW/ACT depots.">
  3. Perform incident reporting and investigations.">
  4. Conduct site inspections and audits.">
  5. Administer Worker's Compensation claims.">
  6. Provide sound HSEQ advice and support as required.">
  7. Support the development and delivery of HSEQ information and communication.">
  8. Delivery of inductions, training, and assessments, as required.">
  9. Collection and collation of HSEQ data, with the ability to interpret and provide improvement recommendations.">
">About You:
We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience in Occupational Health & Safety and a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:">
  • ">
  • Tertiary qualification in Health Safety and Environment or relevant experience and qualification.">
  • Construction White Card.">
  • Driver's license.">
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administration skills.">
  • Relationship-building skills, including the ability to partner with managers and employees.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Preferred Diploma in WHS or higher level OHS qualification.">
  • Training and Assessment qualification (advantageous).">
