Pipe Management Australia is currently seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager Onsite to join their expanding team for one of Australia's leading Contractors. This is an amazing opportunity to join a diverse and innovative organisation. Reporting into the State Manager, you will be part of a culture that is supportive, engaging and rewarding, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

Based on site in Ingleburn this role would be ideal for a Health and Safety guru, with proven experience within HSEQ, who enjoys working in a team environment whilst having the autonomy to complete tasks day to day.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide advice and direction on leading the HSEQ culture to ensure the operations management team is committed to compliance with relevant Health, Safety and

Environment legislation and internal system requirements
- Identify and contribute to the population of Contract HSEQ prequalification and tender documents as required.
- Ensure HSEQ and JSA schedule is maintained and updated on a regular basis and that On-site reviews are carried out once per month in accordance with the schedule.
- HSEQ reports are maintained and are available to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Oversee any Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions processes, inclusive of change management and implementation, resulting from Audit findings.
- Review any data intended for the HSEQ Scorecard to ensure its integrity and validity prior to its documentation within the HSEQ Scorecard.
- Perform statistical analysis of data generated in the Scorecard and communication of this data in a useable form.
- The data stored within the scorecard will remain legible and relevant to the activities being performed by PMA under the direction of the HSEQ Coordinator.
- Develop and implement HSEQ programs, policies, procedures and processes.
- Ensure processes needed for the PMA HSEQ management system are established, implemented and maintained.
- Assists in various activities, including but not limited to risk identification, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE.
- Ensure effective promotion of awareness of HSE requirements throughout the organization.
- Provide advice to management and supervision within the assigned assets or locations on HSE regulatory compliance and applicable industry practices.
- Provide advice to management and supervision to ensure all relevant data is collected and stored in the HSEQ Scorecard in a timely manner following the generation of the data
- Ensure all plant and equipment is monitored and serviced as per their legislative requirements.
- Ensure all plant is in a safe and useable condition and retire any equipment which do not comply.
- Work to resolve any concerns relating to plant and equipment from operators in a timely manner.
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety
- Accreditation as an Auditor (desirable)
- Proven work experience within industrial or blue-collar environments
- Knowledge and experience across ISO 9001 and ISO14001 requirements.
- Proven experience writing SWMS across a variety of work environments.
- Proven experience organising VOC's.
- Track record of ensuring Return to Work plans are implemented and complied to by operations.
- Ability to adapt communication style to meet the requirements of multifaceted teams.
- Incident Management experience
- Confidence in using MS Office Suite
- Sound negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflict, handle complaints and manage complex situations.
- Ability to think innovatively, identify improvements and challenge and change existing business processes and systems.
