Job Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time HSEQ Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering HSEQ training and communications to support our operations across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

The HSEQ Coordinator's focus is on ensuring that our staff have access to best practice training and information to perform their roles. This role is pivotal in fostering a learning culture, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring easy access to relevant HSEQ information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including compliance modules and the HSEQ Ambassador Program.
  • Facilitate engaging online webinars, including wellbeing sessions and National Safety Month events.
  • Deliver impactful HSEQ presentations and information sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the APAC HSEQ intranet, ensuring it's up-to-date, relevant, and easy to navigate.
  • Support the team in meeting financial, operational, compliance, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Promote wellbeing initiatives and maintain a proactive safety culture.
  • Collaborate with the HSEQ team to meet HSEQ objectives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, WHS processes, and relevant legislation.
  • Proven experience delivering WHS training and e-learning programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and organisational skills.
  • A degree or qualification in WHS, Environmental Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience working with adult learning principles is advantageous.
