Learning Strategist

Developing, delivering and evaluating learning initiatives requires a collaborative approach. As our Training Lead, you will play a key role in creating end-user training and educational activities for the rollout of the Single Digital Patient Record across Newcastle.

Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will be engaged in crafting effective training programs, ensuring eLearning modules align with organisational policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a comprehensive approach to deliver flexible training to end-users with varying levels of digital literacy.
  • Ensure all training materials, including eLearning modules and online content, meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor, evaluate and review training programs to ensure compliance with best practice training and adult learning principles.
  • Support staff through classroom training sessions, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in adult learning and practical experience in working within technical training.
  • Qualifications in TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience working in high-volume environments with the capacity to prioritise tasks, achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal skills, with extensive experience engaging stakeholders to gain support and input.
  • High-level computer skills, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
