This exciting opportunity allows a motivated professional to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and shaping how customers experience our brand, both in-store and online. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business results

  • Optimising and growing our eCommerce platform, enhancing UX, SEO, SEM, and online performance
  • Analysing trends, customer behaviour, and digital metrics to continuously improve results
  • Guiding brand development through storytelling, national events, media, and influencer engagement
  • Managing and mentoring a talented marketing team, including product, content, and internal brand specialists

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and eCommerce execution (ideally 5+ years)
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
  • A confident leader with a commercial mindset and sharp eye for brand and digital detail
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
