Strategic People Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Strategic People Advisor to join our People Strategy and Capability team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide strategic guidance and support on all people initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Workforce planning and organisational capability
  • Guiding the People program and lifecycle
  • Providing expert advice on HR policies and processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • Significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role
  • Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
