Quality Release Co-ordinator

About the Role

Nestlé Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Release Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory requirements of our outsourced products are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the release process in SAP for co-manufactured portfolio of products.
  • Ensure quality compliance for the portfolio of repacked products.
  • Lead the finalisation, approval, and implementation of manufacturing specifications for re-packers.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits of re-packers and ensure up-to-date technical annexes.
  • Monitor key quality KPIs using trend analysis for on-time release and consumer complaints.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in food science, food technology, or microbiology.
  • Experience in a similar quality role with responsibilities for releases, deviation, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of GFSI accredited standards and exposure to HACCP.
  • SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
