About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Release Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the release process for our outsourced products, ensuring that quality and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Work closely with our outsourced manufacturers and supply chain colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide quality assurance support to our QA team and Applications groups on NPD projects.
  • Coordinate all compliance activities, including ensuring quality compliance for our portfolio of repacked products.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits of re-packers and ensure all repacked products have up-to-date technical annexes.
  • Monitor key quality KPIs using trend analysis for on-time release/first time release and consumer complaints.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with corporate, factory/supply chain, and external stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification in food science/food technology or microbiology.
  • Experience in a similar quality role, with responsibilities for releases, deviation, and problem-solving, auditing, and complaint handling.
  • Knowledge of GFSI accredited standards and exposure to HACCP.
  • SAP experience, advanced Excel, Power BI knowledge, and project management skills are advantageous.
