Investment Lawyer Opportunity
As an investment lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work with leading Australian and global institutional investors on their direct and indirect investments across various asset classes.
- Pooled fund investments;
- Co-investments alongside managers;
- Funds-of-one;
- Direct investments / JVs, capital partnerships and other closely-held fund structures into private market assets such as real estate and infrastructure;
- IMAs; and
- Asset transition work.
You will also assist superannuation and other investors with regulatory and compliance issues associated with their investment activities.
Your RoleYou will advise clients on complex transactions in the market, including pooled fund investments, co-investments, and direct investments. You will also be responsible for assisting clients with regulatory and compliance issues related to their investment activities.
About This RoleTo succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in funds, superannuation or financial services;
- A background in financial services, with experience in investments or funds-related transactions;
- A passion for specialising in investments work with a focus on clients in the superannuation sector;
- Excellent academics;
