A leading provider of transportable hire and modular construction solutions has a vacancy for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage contracts from negotiation to close-out, working with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage head contracts and subcontractor agreements.
  • Administer claims, variations, EOTs, and progress payments.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, risks, and compliance.
  • Support project cost reporting and ensure accurate documentation of variations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator.
