Senior Contract Negotiator

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team. This role involves reviewing and drafting contract proposals, developing complex documentation, and providing commercial advice.
About the Role- Contract proposal review, drafting, and approval preparation.
- Developing complex documentation including tender requirements, risk assessments, and evaluation plans.
- Facilitating ATM document release, Materiel Procurement Register updates, and negotiation of contract changes.
- Providing procurement, commercial, and contracting guidance.
- Supporting contract/commercial strategy development and planning for sustainment arrangements.
- A minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance is required.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating procurement risks, preparing sourcing and tender documents, ensuring probity, evaluating tenders, and managing contracts is essential.
- High-risk, high-value contract experience is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, knowledge of Commonwealth procurement policies, and completion of Defence commercial courses are valuable assets.
