Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Specialist to drive the development of innovative solutions that accelerate drug and device development for our customers.

This is a challenging opportunity to collaborate with a leading Biopharmaceutical company, delivering cutting-edge treatments and preventive medicines globally.

  • Serve as the primary contract negotiator with investigative sites to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain active communication with internal/external partners and/or investigators regarding research contracts throughout the lifecycle.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions in accordance with internal policy and ICH-GCP regulations.
  • Prepare contract amendments, notes to files, and other contract activities as needed.
  • Develop status trackers, prepare start-up and close-out documentation for studies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience working within a CRO/pharmaceutical organisation with negotiation expertise in clinical trial agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in English and local language.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and develop relationships with others internally and externally.
  • Proactive attitude, perseverance, and commitment to continuous professional development.
