Operations Administration Role Opportunity

The Operations Administration Assistant role sits within the Asset Operations department at our Melbourne depot, reporting to the Asset Operations Director.

This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, excellent planning skills and sound knowledge of document control and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and reporting requirements in line with business needs:
  • Asset Operations reporting
  • Contract reporting
  • Corp reporting
  • Procurement reporting
  • Business development reporting
  • Environmental and sustainability reporting
  • Inventory and royalties reporting

To Be Successful:

You will have prior administration experience with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes. As well as:

  • A high level of working experience with MS Office products such as Office 365
  • Experience in database management
  • A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate Reporting and Analysis skills

Key Accountabilities:

  • Fleet Management
  • New vehicle ordering including fitout
  • Vehicle usage reporting
  • Maintenance and repairs of fleet
  • Process invoicing
  • End-of-lease arrangements
  • Management of Asset Operations invoicing
  • Manage asset operations filing system on company servers
  • Manage forms database for Asset Operations mobility software
  • Manage consolidated national fault reporting function for large format OWL digital faults and out-of-hours street furniture
