
Quality Systems Coordinator

**Your Impact**
As the Quality Systems Coordinator, you will manage quality systems and related documentation to ensure our Tullamarine site is compliant with regulatory and Customer requirements. As systems coordinator you will work towards best in class quality processes in line with broader business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Custodianship of quality system and documentation
- Provide technical expertise on Food Safety & Quality systems
- Management of the relevant internal and external audit programs
- Conduct relevant internal audits
- Facilitate in closing quality gaps through collaboration with other stakeholders on and off site
- Facilitate effective problem solving/investigations on quality issues
- Work closely with the Learning Systems Coordinator to ensure effective delivery of training
- Manage quality KPIs & reporting
**About You**
- Degree qualifications in Food Technology, Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Prior experience with document control and database management
- Intimate knowledge of GMP, ISO and HACCP principles.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement Systems (eg Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
