Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Placements Administration Officer to join our team at Box Hill Institute. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute placement contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Handle student and employer enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Manage student and employer documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Organise and communicate placement logistics, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional who can work effectively as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to internal and external client needs promptly.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent organisational skills and flexibility during peak periods.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, with proficiency in generating letters, reports, and database management.
  • Familiarity with information management systems, including Student One and CELCAT.
