Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a Front Office All Rounder to join our team and contribute to the hotel's luxury experience. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and upholding the hotel's luxury brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to internal and external phone calls, ensuring prompt and efficient communication with guests and hotel staff.
  • Perform check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with their queries, providing a high level of personal service.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven multi-skilling experience and a high sense of organisation.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
