Job Title: Front Office All Rounder
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office All Rounder to join our team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest requests, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Welcoming guests to the hotel and assisting with their queries.
- Working closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven multi-skilling experience and a high sense of organization.
- Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
- Great interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Desire and ability to excel in a luxury environment.
- Flexible working availability with working rights in Australia.
- Experience using a PMS (Property Management System) such as Opera & HotSOS not essential, but would be highly regarded.
