Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational and financial performance of our contracts in QLD.
- Develop a safety culture that aligns with our company values and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Create a workplace environment that prioritizes employee wellbeing and mental health.
- Drive face-to-face leadership visits with clients, project teams, and suppliers.
- Establish effective quality management processes that meet business and client expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with difficult stakeholders.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Able to communicate with all levels - technical, operational, and management.
- Multiple task management and priority setting skills.
- Independent work ability and teamwork spirit.
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and innovative self-starting qualities.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
