Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services to meet the needs of our participants.
  • Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals.
  • Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
