Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services to meet the needs of our participants.
- Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals.
- Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.

- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
