About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Educator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services that empower individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in achieving their NDIS goals and aspirations

Required Skills and Qualifications
