
Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves responding to and resolving customer requests in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service. You will be responsible for accurately documenting calls and incidents, managing time and workload to meet predetermined service levels, maintaining data accuracy in our contact management system, assigning incidents and requests to the correct support group.
Requirements and Qualifications- Baseline security clearance is preferred.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Applicants with customer service experience are preferred.
- Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology is desirable.
