- You'll have the opportunity to develop your abilities through effort, learning, and tenacity, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional results.
The Program
- Kick-start your career with an immersive 12-week program, followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
- Enjoy weekly 1:1 supervision, experienced buddy support, and access to dedicated training and development resources.
- Work in a supportive environment that empowers you to build your knowledge and simplify complex processes.
- Choose where you work – from home, your favourite café, or our clinical hubs – and enjoy endless opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Be registered with SPA or eligible to register upon graduation.
- Demonstrate a passion for collaboration, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
- A guaranteed salary of $86,400 including superannuation.
