Job Description: Asset/Rental Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Asset/Rental Manager to join our team in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. As a critical national role, this position will report directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales and play a vital part in expanding our construction equipment business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for enhancing and expanding the business, leveraging expertise in asset management and strategic planning.
  • Achieve set targets while effectively managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) within budget, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to foster long-term and short-term growth and profitability, driving business expansion through innovative strategies.
  • Oversee inventory on a day-to-day basis, aligning with strategic plans and targets set by senior management.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Asset/Rental Manager, showcasing expertise in portfolio development and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modelling, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
