Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of a reliable, accurate and timely fortnightly payroll service for 600+ employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can manage all aspects of payroll, including employee entitlements, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the payroll system, processes and procedures, and working closely with our Finance team for accurate reporting.

About You:

  • ">
  • Previous experience leading a payroll service">
  • Previous experience with payroll software packages (experience using Dayforce is highly regarded)">
  • Strong problem-solving ability and numerical skills">
  • Good understanding of how pay and entitlement conditions are applied within a payroll software system">
  • Understanding of legislated obligations relating to payroll, tax and superannuation">
  • Intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills">
