Job Description

As Payroll Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team within a complex, high-volume payroll environment. But this is more than just leadership - it's about driving change.

You'll work closely with the National Payroll Manager and other Team Leads to streamline payroll processes across the group, build out robust documentation, and help create a consistent, scalable payroll function that's fit for the future.

Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals to deliver accurate, timely payroll servicesDrive change management initiatives to align payroll processes across multiple teamsDevelop and implement standardised procedures and documentationCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvementsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policiesChampion a positive, inclusive team culture

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in payroll leadership within a large, complex organisationDemonstrated success in leading change and process improvement initiativesAbility to bring their team along the change journey - explain the why, leverage off their skills etc.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset
