
Leading Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor to lead our end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce. This role involves delivering accurate and timely payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.
- Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance to Payroll Officers, and ensuring team members are paid correctly.
- With 2 days in the office and 2 days at home, this part-time role (30 hours per week) offers flexibility and work-life balance.
- End-to-end payroll processing for all team members using HR3 and Kronos systems.
- Ensuring accurate Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation, liaising with the Payroll Manager and HR.
- Investigating and resolving payroll-related employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparing and delivering ad hoc reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with end-of-month processing, including reports and distribution.
- Maintaining and updating employee master file data in the payroll system.
- Handling external inquiries (e.g., Centrelink, auditors).
